The security access code for the gate to the beach will be supplied at the start of your tenure.
The home’s large, private outdoor entertainment area, with built-in braai and beautiful martini pool, makes it the ideal family entertainment getaway.

The house boasts five spacious bedrooms, of which two are air-conditioned and the rest have ceiling fans.
All bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds.

Bath towels are provided.
Please supply your own recreational towels for use around the pool area and on the beach.

The dining room is furnished with a 10 seater dining room table and a server, with a convenient double doored under-counter bar fridge and wine rack.
Equipped to cater for 10 people, the open-plan kitchen is fitted with an eye-level oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge and chest freezer. Enclosed braai area.
All windows are secured with burglar proofing.
Additional security is provided in the form of a fitted alarm system, security beams and an armed response service.
A Fire Extinguisher and First Aid kit is supplied in case of emergencies.
Secure, remote-controlled access from the road leads to a double carport.
Remote controls and security codes will be supplied to you upon arrival.
Uncovered parking is available for extra vehicles and guests.
You will be welcomed by Foster, the resident houseman. He will assist with your luggage and familiarise you with the property.
He will also service the home during your tenure, which includes general cleaning duties (washing of dishes, floors, the braai, making beds, etc) in and around the home from 10:00 am daily. Foster does not work on Sunday and or any Public Holiday.
Clean bath towels will supplied twice weekly.
Washing baskets are available to place supplied bath towels into for their twice-weekly wash.
Supplied linen will be washed once weekly.
Municipal refuse collection is every Tuesday.
Foster will familiarise you with the alarm system, remotes and access codes, which can also be activated and deactivated from the panel inside the home.
Our supplied information booklet also contains these operational procedures and you will be supplied with a unique code upon your arrival, for security purposes.
The home’s laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and convenient washing line, available for your personal use. Please supply your own Laundry detergent. Please hang bath towels out to dry after use, to avoid wasting precious water. Additional laundry services are offered by the 2 Laundromats that are within walking distance from the holiday home.
